Comfortable and sturdy seat, back and footrest with firm functioning mechanisms.

The chair was very easy to assemble, I bought 2 of them. A can of WD40 Dry Lube Spray goes a long way in lubricating the 2 slider rods that allow recline. At the end of the day, the cheesy swivel base was the only thing that made me want to return it. We won't swivel much in the RV so we will keep them.

We bought 2 of these chairs to fit in a small tv room. We have Thomas Payne furniture in our RV so we thought they would be better quality.They are fairly easy to assemble.The footrest doesn’t lock when up so it often drops downward with very little leg pressure when sitting.You have to loosen two separate screw style knobs (one on each side) to lean chair back and it’s very difficult to push it back to recline.When turning on the base the bearings are not smooth at all, makes a scraping noise.Not sturdy, and not well padded on the seat and back. Arms are situated very low, a taller person could not rest elbows on them comfortably.They will work on the short term. We don’t recommend them.

Well made chair for the price

The armchair has a weight limit of only 220 lbs. , I am more than that but sits comfortably. Definitely not for people above 5"10, because their head will be above the height of the chair.
