This sun catcher was bought for my sister in law who lost her husband. He came to mind when I was online shopping so I bought it for her. I thought it looked ok online but when I opened it the sun catcher was beautiful!!

I ordered two of these in different pictures, one will be a gift and the other is for our house. They are so gorgeous when the sun shines through in the afternoon.

I purchased these to stop birds from crashing into my windows. My family room back wall is all glass and they leave a mess, besides them getting hurt, they have now stopped crashing into the glass.

If you look at the photo closely you will be able to see the Sandy grainy texture which makes the suncatcher colors muddy. I've noticed this in some new Alia Suncatchers too. The design itself is gorgeous but the grainy stuff ruins the whole thing making the colors muddy.From what I can figure part of design was printed thus the grainy look and part of it was hand painted. It's a new way to make them I guess. The seller packaged it well and delivery was good. I just like the 100% hand painted ones.

It's beautiful but it didn't come as pictured, it was missing the writing "Home" on it.
