This remote is the exact remote to my original remote for my tv. Works very good out the box once you put batteries in. You basically can’t work your tv unless you have the remote so when I couldn’t find mine I looked and purchased this and it works great. Now I have this remote as a spare as I finally found my original remote after someone in my house misplaced it. So I just put this one I order up in case I will ever need in the future. But I do recommend this remote if you have TCL tv because you will need it to work your tv.

Doesn't work with TCL 43S425
Sounds like it's probably a great remote WHEN it works with your Roku. My TV is a whopping 4 years old but won't work with this remote, no matter what we tried. Sending back and disappointed.

Works great, plastic is weak.
These replacement remotes work great but plastic seems to be less sturdy than original.
