All Sodium Chloride. No extra minerals like sea salt. B

Q: any difference from regular kosher salt?

Yes, for me. I gargle warm salt water 2 or 3 times a day. Other salt options contain silica powder ( not soluble) anti caking agent. I choose Morton pickling salt to avoid getting that agent in my respiratory system. Bruce

Q: I can't find an expiration date on the box. Is this salt good indefinitely?

Ii couldn't either, the boxes I got looked like they had been around a while, edges worn, etc, The contents were fine. I guess as long as the salt doesn't get moisture and harden, salt doesn't go bad.
