Plastic Kitchen Mixing Bowl 30cm 7L
I needed a bigger bowl for baking and this 1 had some good reviews. So had to get it.It's great for hand mixing with wooden spoon or spatula but not sure it's good for a food mixer as it does scratch it a little too much. It's a great size of 7l and can fit in everything I wish to mix for a big batch of cakes or bread. Just the right size for me.I do like it but not sure it will late as long as I would like it to last. Time will tell.Still giving it 5-5 as it's what I wanted without spending a fortune.

Decent bowl for price, though not sure suitable as mixing bowl
I bought this to use as a mixing bowl, and after one use for cake mixture using an electric hand mixer, the bottom and sides of the bowl are very scuffed, and the plastic now has rough places all over the bottom and lower sides, making me wonder whether it's hygienic/healthy to continue using. I suspect though that this happens with all mixing bowls made from this type of plastic, just didn't expect it to happen so soon. It might be because I'm out of practice baking, and somehow my technique led to more damage than would be normal... It did seem like the mixer was bashing the sides more than I remembered - is also a new mixer and runs faster than ones I've been used to... Otherwise, it seems a perfectly good example of this type of plastic bowl, not especially flimsy or thin, the size is good if you need a larger bowl, and the shape is right for mixing and other purposes. It washed well in the dishwasher. It would not fit in my microwave, although mine is large convection/grill combi model, so unless you have a huge, industrial size microwave, this is not going to be the right size for use in microwave, anyway. Considering the cost of postage, the price seems reasonable - yes, you could probably get a comparable item in the pound shop/99p shop, but I doubt you'd find one of this size there, the largest ones I've ever found at such shops are quite a bit smaller than this...

This is not 7 Litres / 30cm
This is not a 7 Litre, 30cm Bowl. You can see from the photo what an actual 7 Litre , 30cm Bowl should be like

Fair value for money
Ideally I would have liked the bowl to have been a bit thicker, as it feels a little insubstantial. However, I will only be using it infrequently (to make macarons) and it does the job well enough, and at a reasonable price.
