I've ordered this before...so good. Spicy & buttery & amazing on a nice seeded semolina

Product arrived hot. Had to throw it out. Was shipped with dry ice, but it had completely melted. Not worth taking a chance on eating a food product that needed to be chilled!

I had never heard if nduja before, but ran across a pasta recipe using it on Bon Apetit. So, I gave it a try, something out of the ordinary. It is delicious. The recipe I used had this sausage melted into a tomato sauce, very simply, which let the nduja flavor shine and be central. It really is wonderful stuff.

Bought it because I love hot and spicy. This salami had the quality but not the taste. It got moldy before I could finish it. What a waste of money.

It's like ground pepperoni and lard packed in a tube. Not sure if that's what it should be but I know it's not for me.

A delicious addition to a pizza. I must learn how to put it on gracefully - it's sticky!This item was packed in a thermal back with several ice blocks. Still, when my package arrived (mid-summer) all of it was melted. I reached out to the seller and they immediately sent a replacement.
