SIZE DOWN!
These are perfect for postpartum! I did read a review saying to size down and THEY WERE CORRECT. I’m usually a 3x pants size (with big hips and a butt) and got the 2x in these underwear and they were too big! I reordered in an XL and they are way better fitting! The 2x I had to pull them up half way my stomach and had to adjust the pad part A LOT. The XL is way more comfortable and fits perfectly!!

These were awesome after birth!
I'm a size 18 pants, 240lbs, and got these for use after my son was born, and I was very glad to have done so! Comparing these to what you get from the hospital is night and day. Frankly, I might get more to use during my normal cycle, because they were so comfortable. I'd say that this brand is rather true to size, but they're very stretchy and forgiving. Very absorbent, and I didn't leak at all in the weeks after giving birth, even with abnormally heavy bleeding. Very comfortable around your postpartum belly, and I would say that these would be great after a c section as well. I tried on a pack from another brand, and immediately threw those and the hospital underwear away. Go for these!!

Updated
Honestly, these things do not look put together very well. There are no markings (that I could see) to show the front from the back. But, I figured it out. The padding is very low in the front, but quite high in the back. When I put them on, my finger went through the seam on the left hand side. (About 2 inches from the top) iI do not have long or sharp nails. In fact, my nails are cut short. I will see if the tear gets any bigger overnight. So far, the only thing going for these briefs is that they are very, very soft. I will update in the next week.or so.UPDATE:I'm into the third package. I discovered that there is a straight line in the back that is sometime covered with a fold of the fabric. Every single pair tears on one of the side seams (usually the left side) about 2 inches from the top. The tear is usually 2 to 3 inches in length, but never tears any further after the initial tear. The good things. These are super soft and very comfortable. They do control odors. Go one size down.Do I recommend them? I'm not really sure. They are comfortable and control odor (a big thing!) But, the tears are worrisome.

Great But Fit Not The Best
I do like the quality of these underwear, and I like the choice of colors and the price. What I don’t like is that while the overall fit is good, they are way too wide in the crotch and bunch up. Looks bulky under clothes. I hope that they will do some fine-tuning on that aspect of the fit.

Introducing the "Disastrous Diaper" by Arm & Hammer:Your Fresh Start XXLarge Women's Underwear, or so they claim. The packaging of this product is a bit misleading. On the cover, you're greeted with a cheerful woman sporting what seems to be black granny panties. It's unclear whether the granny panties are worn over the disastrous diaper or if they're supposed to represent the product inside. Quite the conundrum!Product was purchased for a 58-year-old woman battling multiple sclerosis, who decided to put this product to the test against the tried-and-true Depends Extra Extra Large Fresh Protection Underwear. Let's just say, it didn't even come close. The cut of the Fresh Start underwear is all wonky; it refuses to stay up and feels like a constant annoyance. Unlike its competitor, the back pad isn't sewn down, serving as a perpetual reminder of age and the fact that a poorly made adult diaper is being worn. The padding is awful and lumpy before use. The back of the pad is not seen down leaving a huge long extra piece of discomfort and the constant sensation resembling a never-ending dingleberry on the backside. Two thumbs down for sure!To add insult to injury, the craftsmanship of this product is abysmal. There are elastic pieces hanging out all over the place, which, if you're sensitive to touch, can be downright infuriating. In conclusion, save your hard-earned money and opt for the Depend Fresh Protection Women's Underwear instead. In the photos accompanying this review, the Arm & Hammer Fresh Start underwear is depicted in black, while the Depend variant is a more flattering nude or peach color.

Soft and comfortable
Durable yet soft and lightweight non irritating. Absorbs well. Has 2 barriers. Love the soft blue to hide in jeans.

Not worth it
I am accustomed to buying this type of disposable underwear and never had i tried this brand. But definitely not worth it, yes they are cheaper than “other” brands but they are crap. I bought my usual size and yet these run very big and wind up bulging up at the bottom, making it very uncomfortable. Save yourself the headache & uncomfortable feeling…do NOT buy these!
