Awesome, amazing and superb product...there were yellow stains in the commode and in one go the stains were removed.... The product works superb to remove stubborn stains on ceramic. But 1 item of the two was completely broken/cracked so unusable.So either a damaged item was packaged and sent or one item was damaged in transit.

I had some pretty bad stains in our toilets and I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to get the cleaning products to be useful below the water line, without emptying the toilet of water completely and even then most products were only so/so. I saw these and even though I was skeptical, I tried them because I hated the way my toilet bowls looked.I received them and opened them right away and started scrubbing. You have to use a bit of elbow grease but to my astonishment, it started erasing the stains.I didn't like the sound/feel that it made while I was scrubbing, but that is a me problem.Towards the end of the stick and much of its use, it started to come off the handle, but I could still use it.I wish I could get it to go into the water hole on the bottom of the bowl, but that is what it is. It did an amazing job with all my toilets. I definitely recommend.

I cleaned the toilet in my lower level in one minute with this thing, (deep clean) with minimal effort. I have tried everything to get it looking like new and nothing worked, until I tried this pumice stone brush. Like many others, I was excited to see if it would actually work so I don't have a before photo. I should have stopped and taken one but I was so glad that it was actually getting my toilet cleaned. It looks brand new, and it has never been that clean in the six years that we have been in my house. It exceeded my expectations to the point where I had to write this review immediately after using it (I don't ever write reviews even though just about everything I own is from Amazon so that's saying something). I even sent photos of my toilet and the link to my sister's and my mom because this is a game changer and a must have for all of those clean freaks out there! If your have stubborn build-up in your toilet put this in your cart and BUY it NOW. You won't regret it. Make sure you take a before picture too for those skeptics out there. I'm sorry I didn't.
