This is slightly different than the first two books in the series but loved every page! We finally get to see a new side of Dex and I loved it. He is funny, slightly obsessive, and sex starved. Good thing Hammer is there to satisfy ALL his cravings.I see that both Hammer and Dex are perfect for each other. I felt their chemistry and it was HOT! The role of club executioner is always a thrill to read about, and Hammer with his psychopath tendencies and disregard for what others think is what made him lovable. Dex is his perfect match and complete opposite, which I think only makes them stronger.I would recommend reading the first two books in the series to get some background on the other characters, but not a necessity.

I’ve never read a more shamelessly slutty character than Dex, whose Grindr username is D_head. This definitely isn’t my usual story, and as entertaining and steamy as it was it probably doesn’t change my opinion: sluts just aren’t for me. If you like the idea of a dom/sub couple where the sub is shared with many… this just might be the story for you.When Hammer, a biker club’s designated executioner, finds himself locked up and under the observation of Dex he uses the young man’s bimbo persona against him to escape, and takes Dex as his hostage. Dex, even as Hammer’s captive, can’t help but flirt with Hammer and, eventually, it works. The used to be straight man finds himself giving in to the temptation that is Dex. I love the junkyard and the family they are becoming at the junkyard. They all have each others backs and will protect what is theirs.

I loved this book! Easily the best of the series so far. Like KA Merikan’s best books, it’s a WILD ride! I loved Dex and Hammer. Dex is impulsive, kind of dumb, and perpetually h*rny–but he’s so endearing! I loved Hammer as well and his bi-awakening was so well-written. This book is a total adventure full of unusual characters, violence, gore, heat, and romance. If you liked KA Merikan’s Feel My Pain and Take My Body, I felt like this book had a similar vibe. Just two ding dongs on a crazy adventure. If you haven’t read those books yet and loved D!ckhead, definitely check them out! You won’t be sorry.Be aware this book has sharing scenes, skip it if that's not your thing.

I thought this was an interesting take....but it was very disjointed to me. It needed a lot more development and smoother segues in conversations because, at times, it was confusing. I thought the couple had an interesting balance between them, and they were fun to read about... but this book just didn't pack a punch. It got stagnant and a little boring, unfortunately

Every book in this series gets better and better. I loved Dex so much. This one had the INCREDIBLE spice the other two lacked. It was much longer but I was invested in every twist and turn. It was like a smutty action film, and I loved it! 🤘

Tale kept me entertained and engaged.Let's be real , when one pick a K.A. Merikan book is to escape to an alternative world where morally ambiguous , dark and sinister characters are the heroes of the story.And should expect a plotline that's unapologetic with its dark humor , gratuitous violence and triggers galore.If you're not interested in subjects as those, this book isn't for you. But if you're , get ready for a wild and bumpy ride.

I loved Hammer and Dex. Their dynamic was perfect, true soul mates, while their personalities were opposites. This was so much fun and the villain got smashed in the end, so it was very satisfying! I really liked that the bit of angst between them did not feel contrived. The situation that caused them to be "on a break" was not one that made me yell at my kindle "oh no, don't be an idiot!!". All in all, it's really good read!

Please read it, it’s an amazing reading, I loved every page, hammer is a sweetheart and dex is my baby. I truly love this pair, they’re so cute together

I think Dex is my favourite character so far, cocky, blunt, sex addict who has a habit of messing everything up but with the best intentions apart from when he thinks he's getting BJ

I read Book one of the series and now book 3 as well, and I loved both of them. I didn’t really like Dex when he appeared in book 1 but now that I read his story I love him so much. (Even if he is a bit of a … well you’ll see when you read it, but it’s kind of charming). And Hammer was a perfect match for Dex and I enjoyed every second of reading about them. Very nice book, and I can’t wait to read more from there authors. They always come up with so many diverse tropes and story ideas it’s great.

J'ai été complètement scotchée par ce nouveau roman, qui fait partie de mon top 3 chez ces auteures. Je ne sais pas comment elles font pour avoir autant d'imagination et de talent, mais c'est jouissif. J'ai retrouvé les éléments qu'elles maîtrisent à la perfection : une intrigue brillante avec du suspense, en fil rouge tout le long du livre, menée de façon intelligente et à tambour battant (encore l'impression de vivre un épisode de Breaking Bad, impossible de lâcher le bouquin !). Mais aussi des scènes de sexe intenses et crues, et bonus, comme pour mon livre préféré d'elles (Red Hot), de l'humour carrément décalé et des scènes émouvantes et touchantes, qui m'ont serré le cœur... je n'aurais jamais cru adoré autant le personnage de Dex, tout comme Hammer, qui se révèle bien plus profond et attachant que prévu... une magnifique histoire d'amour, le vrai, parsemé d'action à couper le souffle, de tendresse et d'érotisme... mille mercis!!
