I suspect there are 16 in order to get your moneys worth. I’ve had mine in(first one)for months. I may wear out eventually, but I’ve used it many times and expect it to last much longer.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean. When placing Navage salt pods, you simply close the top until it snaps closed. With the insert in place, after filling it with a cup of saline warm water(1 cup with 1/4 teaspoon of pickling salt-no iodine)with salt, you close the top until it snaps closed. I hope that helps.

Q: Why are there different colors

Because most people are idiots and they need esthetically pleasing colors to flush buggers out!!🤣 I have the black and blue set. No difference in functionality. Im not a fan of these. I do find it more uncomfortable on the sinus when using these clips. Like the pressure/speed of the fluid increases. I only use them when out of pods.
