Full Power
Fantastic powerbank. More pricy then most power banks online but I needed this to work specifically with my Dell XPS. Works perfectly with my laptop when I need it too but now mostly use it for my phone and tablet. Since having a baby it now lives in the nappy bags to charge our devices when we are out and about. I only recharge it once a week or so. Really impressed with the performance. Easy to use. Battery indicator on the side lights up to quickly show you how much juice you have left. Definitely worth the money if you need it for the XPS series of laptops.

I would like a replacement unit sent but there no way of ...
I have a XPS 13 and this battery pack should charge my laptop fully as it’s a bigger battery than the XPS13. Unfortunately, this only charges my laptop form 0% to only 40%. After that I have to put it back on charge. Extremely disappointing considering I invested so much on this item. I would like a replacement unit sent but there no way of contacting the seller. Absolutely rubbished!

Not 97 whr as listed but in fact 65 whr, still a good product.
I bought this because it said 97 whr but this is not true, my laptop battery is 55whr but it only just charges it to about 98% full with the laptop turned off.I have looked at the manual for this product at dells site and it states that this is in fact 65 whr, so with the expected loss of a little bit of power because it has to convert the 3.7v internal batteries to 19.5v to charge then this is about right. All in all it is a good product and does now help me get through a full day but the wrong information about the whr did have me thinking that this product was either faulty or a cheap copy.

Working as expected
I have tested the battery with my 40Wh laptop and it was able to charge almost twice ( 3% to 100% and 6% to 80%). Having 18000 mAh means 65Wh in theory and I'm pretty sure the capacity is fine. I never tried charging phones with USB ports for a longer period but the ports are working fine. Simply it does the thing that I needed.

Defective - lasted less than 30 mins
This battery pack lasted less than 30 minutes on my DELL XPS 15 9550 laptop, whilst running it on best battery life settings, and with an internal battery that is less than a week old.The item is beyond its return period now - so I'm now left with £90 worth of electronic waste.

Good for laptop only!
The power bank is ok for the laptop, but the issue is when you want to charge your phone or tablet even without a laptop connected is slow and unstable. Sometimes it starts connecting and disconnecting.Maybe it a faulty item I have but wasnt happy about that. Expected better for such price!

Better than nothing
Disappointing because only gives an hour or so extra run time. I contacted Dell but they say it is only meant to be used when the laptop is off which is a cop out. The problem is because the laptop still thinks it is on mains power, since this plugs into the mains charger socket, so no battery saving measures are triggered.

This is a must-have add on for anyone who travels with a Dell pc and uses it where plugs are not always available. It seems to give me about a whole extra battery's worth of charge, so doubling the time to use the PC.It charges using the normal Dell charger (not a USB charger), so it charges quickly but you still need to carry the charger if you are going on a longer trip. It also will charge phones etc from the 2 USB outlets. It comes with 2 Dell adaptors, one for the standard (Lattitude etc, I think) and one for the thinner ones (Inspiron etc I think).
