Not the same materials as shown in the picture but once on definitely does the job.Fit is good and looks cute.Great value for money just don't go near a naked flame!

Good value item

THIS OUTFIT IS AWFUL!I wanted this to wear out on Halloween this year - I looked high and low for a lovely outfit and finally thought I had found one! I ordered this product on the 29th October after ringing the company and asking if I were to order it whether or not it would come in time for the 31st. I was instructed that it DEFINITELY would if I chose express delivery at checkout (£7.49!!!!!!), which I did.The item did not arrive until the 1st November so I had to pull together a last minute outfit anyway!I contacted Royal Mail and turns out that the item wasn't even sent as next day delivery!!!!Now thats one problem I have with it, but I had planned to keep it for next year anyway and just claim back my express delivery postage.In the photo it looks like beautiful, thick expensive material and really classy. I was so looking forward to wearing it. But when I tried it on, its the most cheapest looking outfit I've ever seen! The corset/waistcoat thing is a horrible shiny black material. The red cape and skirt is staticky and thin, and the petticoat is netty and hasn't even got the same finish at the bottom as shown in the photo. THEY AREN'T THE SAME OUTFITS! The skirt is so short that it barely covered my bum - and due to not liking my knickers showing on a night out - I would never wear it to a club or party!I have attached a photo of me wearing it so that you can see exactly what you will be paying for as their photo is misleading (if you still want it after reading this review).The company was absolutely fine about me getting a refund and processed it quickly. On the phone I was told I would also be refunded for my original and return postage, however when the refund came through I had only been refunded for the item (despite me also sending a note with the parcel - as advised to do, detailing that I wanted my postage back). The cheeky company was clearly hoping I wouldn't notice. This lead to me having to ring them AGAIN for the fourth time to say that I wanted my postage claimed back, which the blunt lady on the other end of the phone told me she had just done before promptly hanging up on me.I've ordered loads of amazing stuff from amazon and I have NEVER been so disappointed with an item!

It fits well ( a little bit big ) but still looks great. Material is good. I’ve only briefly tried it on to see if it fits for Halloween. Very happy!

The dress fit true to size, however i found the materials didn't quite match up to the image, being the same mediocre quality i have come to expect of "fancy dress" costumes. The cape was very thin, and wasn't as long as in the image. Overall i was happy with the costume, felt and looked good on, I got compliments on the outfit overall.

It fitted perfectly for the Halloween Party! The only thinf is that it (of course as many may have noted to themselves) the fabric is not exactly as in the picture(poorer quality). All in all, still a nice costume.

Poor quality not value for money, I returned the item still waiting refund

Firstly, the item was shipped promptly. I received it 2 days before expected!The costume itself is perfect apart from the underskirt being a little itchy. You have to lace up the 'corset' bit yourself which doesn't take long. The dress itself is very flattering and is true to the size stated. At first I panicked because I couldn't get it over my head but there is in fact a zip at the side.I thought it may have been too short when I received it but it's the perfect length for me. I can't wait to wear it for Halloween! Brilliant costume for the price!
