I was blown away when I received these cables. The quality is nothing short of extraordinary. The cable is a thick, braided design and the ends are cold metal. The cables even came with little plastic caps to protect the ends while they were in the box. The boxes they came in exuded quality as well. The cables also were in a nice soft bag inside the perfect little box. Inside the box was also paperwork about them and a notice about the flipping thing you may need to do with some devices. I put them to use immediately and bought 3 to create a swapping setup for two laptops and one dock. They worked perfectly. They seat themselves tightly; you can feel the precision of the fit when you plug them in. I know now where to get extremely high quality cables.

Starting off, I can't find a usb-c extension in any large stores so I turned to Amazon. I purchased this cable a few weeks ago to connect my Samsung Note 10 to a usb-c hub to use Dex mode for as my computer. I was able to replace my Surface Book for most activities by using my phone, this extension, a usb-c hub, and monitor. The cable arrived quickly, and has high quality metal ends. The braided cable is very thick, so while it's flexible it obviously isn't getting damaged by normal use or a playful cat. I've seen other users commenting on Thunderbolt vs usb, and will say that the cable works well with a Samsung Dex Station. The image is clear, the connection works well, and the cable feels well made. I have to use a Dex station instead of basic hub to get the screen ratio right for an ultra wide monitor, but the cable works great on everything I've hooked it into.*1mo update:The cable still works well, but I've found it is directional. I have a surface pro that I hooked to a usbc hub. The surface will charge through usbc, but the cable must be flipped the right way, even though it's symmetrical.I liked it enough to order a second cable after a week of use, so I would recommend it.

For better or worse Apple has decided that USB-C ports are all you need on your MacBook Pro, so our lives are full of dongles. I like to use my MBP while sitting on the recliner while connected to the power supply, an external monitor, and an external hard disk. I have a dongle that allows me to connect all of these to my MBP through a single port. Unfortunately such dongles all have short cords, so that makes up to 3 different cables running to the recliner. Ugh. I also worry about the mechanical strain of the dongle plus the weight of the 3 cables, pulling down on the MBP's port.So instead I use this extension cord to run to my end table, and have the dongle velcro'd to the underside of the table. This keeps all the cables nice and tidy with just the one cord to my recliner. I have no problems keeping the MBP charged while using this extension. Just be sure to use a dongle that has an adequate USB-C power passthru port, they are not all created equal in this regard.There is a "must read" card that comes with this extension cord which mentions that you may have to switch the USB-C plug orientation for some USB devices. I did have this happen with one of my external hard drives which at first appeared not to be working. So not a big deal and an easy fix if you know about this quirk. An improvement would be if the cord was a little bit more flexible. It is not stiff by any means, but it is less flexible than the cord that comes with Apple's charger. On the other hand I prefer the cloth covering on this cord over the silicone sheathing of the Apple cord. I love this product! Do you have any type c cable that is too short? You can use this cable! Supports USB 3 and USB 2. I've been using it to extend the length of my steam deck charger and it works perfectly. And it works perfectly with everything else I've used it with.5/5 would buy again if I needed another.

Though a simple USB-C extension cable, I am impressed with the care that went into this product. They could have easily used a standard cabling and folded it into the box. Instead, the cable is wrapped in a weave to help prevent knots from forming if you ever have a tangle of wires, and it came wound in a circle held neatly by three long clips that can easily be used to contain any excess length or keep it organized when not in use. As if that weren't enough, they also kindly included a double-sided velcro strip that will almost certainly come in handy for organizing larger groups of cables.I can't speak much to long-term durability as I only recently purchased the product, but based on other cables I have of similar design, this should be sturdy and last a long time if you don't mistreat it.Update: It does not always work well with my webcam. About 50% of the time, there is a lot of noise/flickering added to the image. Presumably this is related to their warning not to try to use it with a 4k HDMI connection for video (which I am not using). If you don't need it for video, this is still a great option, but I will have to get a different cable for use with my camera.

Lo compré para extender la distancia del hub usbc que tiene mi laptop. Pero al conectarlo se enciende y apaga pantalla y marca enchuado/bateria constantemente. Le quito el cable y regreso la laptop directa al hub usb y todo sin problemas. Algo no anda bien.

Excelente calidad del producto. OJO!!! Si no funciona correctamente de un lado solo hay que darle la vuelta. En mi caso lo ocupo para ocultar el adaptador multi-puerto de apple y después de dos meses no he tenido ningún fallo.

Cumple su cometido, pero no puedo recomendar la compra. En general funciona bien, pero muy de vez en cuando la pantalla se me desconecta por un instante. Hay veces que ocurre varias veces en un dia y otras que ocurre cada 2 semanas. Es un poco ruleta rusa. Recomiendo invertir en uno de mejor calidad aunque cueste mas caro.

Köpte den för att förlänga kabeln till mitt PSVR2. Efter 5 timmars spelande utan problem kan jag säga att det funkar perfekt. Rekommenderas!
