I thought you could reuse this so it justified the cost but you can't so didn't work out for me

These got recommended to me while I was still in hospital after having my daughter and they are great! Especially if you keep them in the fridge!Only bad thing I would say is that there is only one set of them.

You only get one. Probably didn’t read the packet properly and they stuck to you hippies which are already very sore so… wouldn’t buy again

Must have for first few days* Keep them in the fridge so they are nice and cool when you need them* Stick really well for long periods of time* Can be used again and again* Really helped sooth sore nipplesI’m my experience I wouldn’t wear these nonstop over a day just so that your nipples can have some air. I used them for an hour after each feed and then put them back in the fridge ready for the next feed.

These pads were a gods send when i was breast feeding my little oneI kept these in the fridge until i was ready to use them so they were nice and cool to soothThe downside to them was you could not wash them so you only got around 3 days out of them but i only had a few days at the start of my breastfeeding where my nipples were sore so they were great for me. the cost would certainly add up if needing to use these constantly.

Great for like a quick relief but soon wears off and then when you peel them off it hurts when you’re already a bit tender!
