Soft material offers gentle yet reasonably firm support. found it really useful. washes easily by hand, I used washing up liquid. Squeezed all the soapsuds out of it WITHOUT wringing, dried overnight, perfect next time. Its been washed three times now without any problem. Should have been a 5 really.

After weeks of having neck problems i thought i would try a neck brace , glad i did i find it comfortable to wear and has helped with the pain in my neck , a really good buy .

The foam is quite firm and hard so not as comfortable as my current brace. I would say if you need to completely immobilise for short periods it will work well, those with shorter necks at 3 inches it’s a comfier fit, I wish I could find a 2.5! To get it softer I’m going to try manipulate it a bit and give it a couple of washes . Fingers crossed that softens the foam a little. I think if you’re wearing it permanently you may find it a bit too rigid. I wear a Miami j when my neck is at its worst which is much comfier than this, it’s very firm

Fabulous for support & easy to sleep in. Has relieved a lot of my symptoms and taking less painkillers!

I have bought the 3inch collar for my husband, because the NHS were unable to provide him with one, for his terminal bone cancer in the C1 vertebrae in his neck due to the COVID Pandemic, thank goodness because this one is so much nicer and more comfortable than the white ones!It’s a lovely fit, looks elegant and won’t show the dirt as fast as a white one would, it’s also firmer which gives much better support for the wearer.We would Highly recommend this for the comfort, it’s on a par length wise with the NHS ones, my husband measures 11 inches round his neck, and three inches deep, but the strap on this comfortably fits inside the other strap, so there’s no irritation from the velcro.It’s just nicer than the white ones ok fam!

I found it to be to thick under the jaw and uncomfortable putting pressure under my ears I overcame this buy cutting it down on both sides otherwise good value for money

I have already requested a refund but the item is clearly a medical device as the supplier makes unmistakeable medical claims for it e.g. it is described online as providing 'SUPERIOR PAIN RELIEF AND INJURY SUPPORT ... The non-rigid neck brace will also relieve headaches caused by cervical strains and sprains' and yet and it arrived without any CE mark or any indication that it was a medical device nor were any instructions for use provided.No evidence was provided to support the medical claims made for this device. A medical device cannot be sold in either Great Britain or in Northern Ireland unless it has a CE mark or a UKCA mark as without these it does not meet UK legal requirements. It must also meet the UK medical devices regulations. Therefore as the device does not comply with legal requirements, so Amazon UK should withdraw it from sale immediately. By the way I am a regulatory consultant for medical devices.

Very comfy neck brace - I have CCI and I wear this to help stabilise my neck. It’s soft enough to sleep in, not too ugly, and has a cover over it that you can take off to wash. Very good value for money, I’m very pleased with this.
