It's been over 30 days and I am still loving this pillow. I initially didn't think I would keep it this long but it has amazed me. I read other reviews saying it was too firm, but for me, I like that firmness to keep my head up more but also comfortable. This is the first pillow that I like sleeping on my back as it gives support to my neck. This has also helped with less facial wrinkle when sleeping on your side.

I love this pillow. I sleep very very well. Been looking for one like this for I do face aroebics and she recommended the company she bought hers from. The pillow was $150 which I could not afford. So grateful to find this one and it works perfectly. I would purchase again.

Really wanted this to work. I tried it for a few nights and couldn’t get the right fit for my head and shoulders sleeping on my side. The cut out for my face was too large and in an awkward place on the far sides of the pillow. In order to fit my head properly my shoulder didn’t get enough support. Also it was painful to lay on my back as the neck support piece was causing discomfort on my neck and in-between my shoulders. Woke up with some soreness.I will be returning for another style with a similar cutout.

I’ve been looking for a pillow that’s great to sleep on your back with… this one is definitely better than the average pillow but moving around in your sleep lands you in awkward places of the pillow sometimes. I do love the side sleeping feature where it doesn’t squish your face. However sometimes I don’t end up there when I’m sleeping sideways lol

PROS: This pillow is quite comfortable. The cover is washable. It's good for side sleepers or for not squishing your face, creating wrinkles.CONS: In order to "not squish your face", you need to sleep on the edge or at least far to one side of it. In my bed, this puts me on the edge of the bed, because if I scoot the pillow over, it bumps into my husband's pillow. I'm not entirely sure what the part in the middle is supposed to be for, but if that part was smaller, it would be helpful- at least for my situation.Secondly, this pillow gets warm and you can't flip it over to "the cool side" because the other side isn't shaped the same. You can't even turn it around, because the shape doesn't work. It seems to be only designed to use in one position. So at night when I get hot, I end up throwing it on the floor and using my regular pillow.

Takes a little getting used to, figuring out where best to place your head, and training yourself to reposition as needed when rolling over in your sleep. BUT it does really work and is providing relief from pressure on my face, sinuses during Spring allergy season, and smooshed face creases in the morning.

So I really wanted to like this. I didn't want to buy a $200 sleep and glow pillow and this seemed like an alternative. I love side sleeping but the wrinkles around my eyes are forming and from sleeping. This pillow was just too hard for back sleeping.. my husband even tried it and after about 5 minutes went back to his other pillow. For side sleeping the c contour softens as it heats and then I found my face flat on the pillow again. I gave it 4 nights to try and always grabbed for my MY PILLOW half way through the night. I think the MY PILLOW stopped my forehead wrinkles from sleeping when I got it a year or so ago and it's more comfortable to sleep on my back with than this one. So I'm sending back. I put my own silk pillow case on it too. But it just wasn't what I needed.

Pics are how it came out of the box. It was rolled up in plastic and came in a small, neat box.Pillow did not have a "smell" out of the box. You know the smell--the plasticky memory foam factory smell. It didn't smell like anything at all, which was great.As for the comfort and how well it serves it's purpose, I think it's great so far! I've used it for 3 nights now. Time will tell how the foam will hold up, but the shape of the pillow and the density of the foam are near perfect for my needs.Story: I have tried literally at least a dozen pillows in the last few years. I hate the way most pillows prop up your head in a crooked forward or sideways position, i.e., standard pillow head position. I got fed up with pillows causing me neck and shoulder pain and overall mid-night annoyance, so I slept without one entirely for about a year. Then I went to a towel under my neck for support for a while, and then I started trying pillows again. This is the best one I've found so far, after several pillows of different fill materials, thickness, softness, etc. I'm a back and side sleeper.Why I like it: on my back, the support is amazing and the height is perfect. I feel like my head is cradled in the foam at just the right height off the bed. On my side, my face doesn't get squished into the pillow and my head isn't tilted at a weird angle. The medium density memory foam is slightly firm--definitely firmer than your average poly or down pillow--but not "hard".Highly recommend trying this pillow if you're annoyed with common pillows. Give it a shot!

At first glance I thought that's not high enough. It won't support my shoulder and neck when I sleep on my side. Or I'll end up with a line on my face that will last all day - yah no thanks. I have about 10 pillows that I have tried to love and now I finally found the one. This pillow is great. No offgassing, and soft and comfortable. Very happy and highly recommend.
