Doesn’t work even close to it’s predecessor the 250 mg product. I have to take a 50% higher dose and still experience constipation. Look for a different manufacturer because there is no way this product contains what it says on the label.

I recommend Rugby Stool softener since it’s effective.

Post bariatric surgery, I take one every night and avoid constipation. Easy to swallow, not harsh on my system, and it keeps my body working.

If it is really hot outside sometimes the capsules stick together. Otherwise works well

Far better than Colace. I found it worked better for me and then a hospice nurse told me that is all she ever recommended for her patients.
