I bought these as a gift, and they turned out really nice. The glass so smooth! The cherry blossom design was so beautiful. I would definitely purchase again.

These cups are gorgeous. Amazon badly packed them with another unrelated order, but they survived, another unrelated cup packed with then got damaged. These cups survived because they were in a gift box. The gift box absorbed the impact . The gift box broke, but not the cups! The company however emailed us, asking to report and to inspect, they probably knew already from other customers that Amazon puts their cups in a soft shell. We let them know that only the pretty gift box broke, but the pretty cups survived, however they still refunded the money, even though we twice (!) emailed them , that the cups have survived and we did NOT ask for a refund, and would keep the cups. Because of such an incredible customer service we will order from them again. We are sure they will arrange with Amazon not to put their orders with other orders and to use an outer cardboard box, as we have advised them and have alerted them. The product itself is very pretty. We recommend this company because their product is uniquely attractive and because of their unreally high level of customer service!

Purchased as a gift for our Son, who enjoys high end sake's. He was so happy to receive them.

these glasses are so elegant....the design is beautiful and the glass is soft as silk.....never felt glass this smooth!
