This is my third lumber support. The first one, the buckle was ripped, the second one, my son tear the memory foam. So it came. I was a bit confused about its huge size, but it has proven its point. It came in a large, well packaged box.[♠ Design and build ♠]Very intelligent design. As it says on the tin, he waist liner is aligned with the spine, that is clever. It perfectly matches the anatomy of the spine. The fabric itself is high quality with very good memory foam inside. I liked the buckle can be adjusted, so it will not break this time. The item is very well made and fit for my purpose.Very well build and washable. The support is not too hard, not to soft, just enough flexibility your back demands. Initially if felt a bit softer but don't be fool by that.[♠ Usability ♠]I work 3 days from home and as you can imagine, the home doesn't have the same office environment setup. So I work from bed, sofa, floor, my computer chair .... So I definitely need something to support my back. This item fit perfectly in all my couches ( I have three different couches). I suffer with Firbomyalgia nad arthritis of the spine, making it extremely painful to sit for periods of time. I ordered the car lumbar cushion, not only to use in the car, but also in my wheelchair and office chair. I cannot recommend it enough, as it has enabled me to sit for longer periods of time, and be far less painful afterwards. I will most definitely be telling my friends and family about this cushion, as it has made a huge difference to me.

This is it! At under 5 foot tall, I am well placed to review a product that gives me total back support whilst pushing me far enough forward in my chair for my feet to reach the ground, so enabling me to sit in a 'normal' position at a desk as my knees can now bend freely over the seat edge. This beats anything, absolutely anything I have tried and I am about to order another one for use as a 'mobile' one whilst leaving the first one permanently strapped to my desk chair. It would still work without the straps so it can be used anywhere really. It is firmly supportive yet soft so one does not suffer the back ache produced by some back supports that are unyielding. It also tapers off at the top much higher than any I have tried which is something for comfort I personally need. Many fill the lumbar area but if one is petite and one's shoulders and upper back and head fall short of the prescribed contours of a high backed desk chair, this pushes one forward enough so that when leaning back into it, one's head is at last, on the head rest! So this is the comfort experienced by those who are not forced to perch or slump in order to sit at a desk! It's perfect, just perfect. All other back supports could go to the wall, this is the only one I would ever need!

I'm a professional coach/bus driver guiding daily tours up to 13 hours on mixed roads. Having bought a seat support cushion which resolved my hip pain, I still had lower and upper back pain developing so opted for this back support hoping for the best. Well for me it's been absolutely brilliant! Back pain gone! This pad supports and fits the curvature of your lower spine promoting a proper seated back position, no more slouching or twisting to aliveate pain. The cushion is comfortably soft yet with just enough firmness. I guess every frame and every pain is different but I'm a big guy and so far this is the business...

I am tall and have back pain just below shoulder blade with trapped nerve. This support really makes a difference. Much less pain after driving up and down to London and essex regular 2 hour journeys. Makes you sit straighter. Worth the money.

Got this for my wife as the seats in her VW Polo don't give the right lumbar support so she was getting back pain from the car seat. Although it's got plenty of good reviews here, unfortunately it didn't seem to suit her as it is too bulky, so was giving her back pain in a different part of her back. We've had to send it back for a refund and now she's trying one that's rather smaller than this. I've given it 3 stars anyway as it is nicely made and looks like it would last a long time.

I recently started commuting over 2h a day because of new job, so bought this cushion to help with lumbar support. It works wonders and I haven't experienced any back pain, which I tend to suffer from, since I started using it. It fits well Audi Q3 seats. Would recommend.
