Does not charge after a while

The battery charges quick and holds charge for a long time, it also comes with a stick on screen protector and a charging cable.

Bought this in November 9 2023 it stopped working in 1 may 2024 (I accidentally broke it). It worked well, however one time it only charged for 2 minutes or less, but I later fixed it by charging the case with a charger with the phone inside and it worked until I broke it. I would 100% recommend. LIFE SAVER !!!!

Screen protector was smashed when opened. This seems to infer the box was thrown around violently. Hoping the case works ok

First of all..the colour is pink, not red...Barbie would love it. (You can always paint over it with a black marker pen!)From full charge (external and internal batteries full) I got 27 hours (playing an online radio station to drain the batteries) before charge dropped to 10%. I'm very happy with that. (When the internal battery gets low you press the button at the back to enable the external pack to power the unit). It is very sturdy and rugged and would likely act as an "armoured case" if dropped. I was afraid it might overheat the phone (like a duvet covering it) but it hasn't happened yet! Hopefully it will last a long time.

Great product ! Really helpful to have a spare battery on the go, this is my second one, the first one fell in the sea… 😆 but the spare battery really is good, it comes with a lighting cable for charging up and a glass protector for your iPhone 11.

The product was great when it arrived and gave my phone a much needed boost as it was struggling to make it through a day. However 3 weeks in and it has stopped charging my phone. The battery case charges and 4 lights show up when you push the button to check, however nothing happens to the phone. Have also tried on my wife's phone to rule out an issue with my phone, but this doesn't work either. Luckily have found out within the return period so this has gone back. Would not buy again.
