Highly recommended.It becomes more non stick than a non-stick pan, if you get my drift!I clean it occasionally with a stainless steel pan cleaner, the oil it again to re-season. I don't do this often! Usually I wipe it out when cold and anybits of food just come away.It is heavy, I couldn't manage a bigger pan, but it has two handles because of this and I have weak arms with rheumatism, so I'm hardly surprised!They're wonderful pans, especially for the price.

Good quality pan, these pans need care and take more time to clean than regular non-stick pans but are worth the extra work. If you take care of it properly, season the pan, and don’t allow it to be stored wet (which is why it rust, not a problem with the pan - a problem with the owner) it’ll last you a lifetime.

i love this pan, it is great, even better with the silicone removable handle grip, i hand wash and season with oil after a few uses.
