I like the combination of ingredients in this supplement. It's just what I need to keep my reproductive health in check. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

When I asked my wife how she liked this, her reply was "Black hogwash. It did nothing to help me. And to be fair the other Black Cohosh did nothing to help me either."As we talked further we agreed that supplements affect different people differently. While this didn't do a thing for her, she wasn't saying it can't for anyone. But she can't speak to anything other than that this did nothing to mitigate symptoms for her.

Must be consistent when taking, but not a bad alternative to prescription meds.

I love this product. I waited to review this product because I wanted to give it some time to work. I would say it took about 30 days for me to start noticing subtle improvements. It's just one pill one time per day and it helps reduce my hot flashes and mood swings. It has black cohosh root and 7 other herbs formulated to work together.I would recommend this product for any menopausal woman but be sure you speak to your doctor first to be sure it is not contraindicated with any other medications or supplements you are taking. That is what I did.I give the product 5 out of 5 stars and my husband and son give it 100 stars our of 5. Ha... Ha... Seriously, they are happy that I am happy.The product is formulated in the USA which I prefer since we do have higher standards of practice than some other countries.Give it a try, the worst that can happen is it won't work, but it might work and change your life for the better, like it did for me.

I really like that it is a five-month supply you don't find that with many supplements. I also like that it is one pill per day. I'm still in peri-menopause so I can't really tell the effect much. I like the combination of ingredients. I like that it is non-gmo. Overall I like these and do recommend them.
