We got 2 of these (tiger and bee) for our 1 year old twins. What an investment!! Not only do they have plenty of space for all their nonsense that you need for an 8 hour flight; they instantly paid for themselves by being fun and mobile enough for the kids to run them into everyone else's legs in the visa queue at our destination. Fast forward to the front of a 50 metre line, thank you. Stamp, stamp, much obliged. Through we went and home in time for tea and crumpets! would definitely recommend (the cases. not twins, I'm exhausted!)

I remember seeing these on Dragons Den years ago and thinking wow what a brilliant invention and also thinking and saying to my husband what a million other people have probably thought/said - "Why on earth couldn't I have thought of them!". Hat's off to the inventors as these suitcases truly are fantastic and so well thought out. Little would I have known back then that I would be purchasing two of these in the future for my own little ones and I have just purchased Tipu the Tiger and Harley the Ladybug for my son and daughter and they absolutely LOVE them.I purchased both Trunki suitcases as part of Amazon's recent Prime Day and so managed to get them both at a great price for an upcoming holiday we are all going on. The suitcases haven't been tested out thoroughly for travel as yet but wow they have definitely been tested out at home as ride-on's by both of my children who have been whizzing around them in the house for the last few days very happily. My baby daughter is well under the recommended 3 years and over age for the suitcase but she has been playing with her big Brother's toys for quite some time now and is used to her other ride-ons and so is more than capable of riding around the house on Harley. My son LOVES his Tipu Tiger Trunki as he loves Lions and Tigers at the moment (going through a Disney Lion King phase at the moment) and so they both think their new 'toys' are brilliant.One difference in packaging was that my daughter's Harley the Ladybug came in a lovely Trunki cardboard box but my son's Tipu the Tiger just came in a plain Amazon box, which wouldn't have bothered me had I not seen the proper Trunki packaging so I do wish they would have both been delivered in the same consistent packaging. The Trunki cardboard box also doubles up as a little kennel for your suitcase animal and so as they both didn't come with one I couldn't make up one for one child and the other child not have one (parents of two or more children will understand) as the fighting even at their ages wouldn't have been worth it. So yes a little disappointed with that minor point.The suitcases both come with a luggage strap which also doubles as a pull lead for when your little one is using the suitcase as a ride-on and they also come with a little paper passport which your little one can make if they are old enough. The Ladybug suitcase also came with a Autumn/Winter 2014 catalogue and the Tiger suitcase came with a Spring/Summer 2015 catalogue.The suitcases measure approx 46cm long by 22cm wide by 29cm high each and have an elasticated clothes holder or teddy seatbelt as Trunki likes to call them and a little cloth internal pocket inside.Both suitcase have little horns for your little one to hold on to when using the suitcases as ride-ons and also have carry handled in the middle in addition to the luggage strap/tow lead. The little clips on either side open with a push of their buttons so they don't just pop open and there is a little plastic key on the end of the luggage strap to secure the cases.A brilliant invention that both of my children LOVE and I know will be nice and handy for taking away some of their clothes and toys etc on our upcoming holiday, plus they have the added benefit of a bit of holiday fun for them to be used as ride-ons too whilst we are away. The fact they come with a five year guarantee too makes this one of my best purchases and I can't believe I remember watching these on television years before I even contemplated having little ones and now having them for my two little angels.
