Much cheaper than the usual sanitisers which are mostly water.
Make up your own sanitising sprays.Careful handling required and proper dilution essential! 25:1It would be good if recommended dilution was printed on the bottle label.

Works a treat - but no information leaflet
I used this to kill some moss on a path. It killed the moss within a couple of days. Unfortunately there was no accompanying literature about this product particularly with regard to dilution and precautions. I gleaned these from the internet elsewhere. Maybe this was just an oversight but this is a strong chemical and needs to be used with caution.

The best algae remover.
Without doubt the most effective green algae/mould remover I’ve ever used. Even at a fairly weak dilution it removed algae on walls, patios & even fences. Takes a few days for the green to fade away and it hasn’t reappeared. Even removes the black spots that are so hard to move even with a power washer.

I make my own sanitizer with this. It's brilliant
1st thing, this is a chemical. If you do not have a Chemistry degree, or a rudimentary understanding of dilution factors then I don't recommend using it inside the house as in it's concentrated form is quite hazardous. But it's the main active ingredient in kitchen sanitizer. So at 20mls to make a litre of kill all spray it works a treat. Leaves a 'clean smell' and doesn't taint on things like chopping boards. Great stuff.

goes a long way when used corectly on a dry day
I used this to clean the green algae off my conservatory roof which has a tendency to leak if power washed. I simply sprayed on and let nature take its course. After a few days of rain, the roof was gleaming. I recommend.

BAC used at circa 0.1% in many products.
Could only check the weight% solids. This is 53% i.e. above specification of 50%. Enough for up to 100+ Litres of hand or surface cleaner/ protector if used at 0.1%

Great quality biocide
Good quality chemical. 5ml product to one litre of water makes a great hand sanitiser as its a biocide. Cheap foaming bottles can be used to froth this up into a foam and its cheap alternative to alcohol sanitiser which is hard to find. It will kill fish so don't put your hands in as tank after using.

Not for me
Hmmm advised to use as a sanitizer but then found out it isn’t effective against COVID, so used it varying strengths on the path! The weeds are thriving? I’m not going to taste it so it could be water in the bottle for all I know?
