A large is more like an XL and the material is fairly heavy. You'd get better in Decathlon for cheaper (if only they weren't out of stock). But does the job all the same

A good vest for short runs.(5k).But a bit of a nipple chaffer on the longer runs..also buy a size smaller because they are big sizings..
