these headsets were priced for economy and you get what you pay for. The set comes with 2 ear pieces, one regular round mushroom type and one clear molded piece that sits down in the ear. Only once did the molded piece sit securely in place. the rest of the time it was constantly falling out. It's a shame but if you are doing work that requires a discreet and unobtrusive ear piece, go for a better one. the trial piece failed after a 3 uses
