Rab Men's Neutrino Pro Down Jacket for Climbing and Mountaineering

I was thrilled to get this jacket. I live in Utah where I'm always freezing cold in January and February when it gets down to single digits. This jacket seemed like a great purchase since it advertises itself as appropriate use for alpine summits, but two things keep me from enjoying it very much.First, I experienced cold spots in the shoulders in 20 degree weather. If I was okay with cold spots, then I'd buy a Columbia jacket and spend a fraction of the cost. I expected more from the jacket in this regard.Second, the zipper sticks too much, especially when trying to get it on. I understand that it's a UK company that made this thing, and I figured I could get passed having the zipper on the left side. But the problem is that the zipper consistently takes me a few seconds just to get started.Other than these two issues, the jacket is very comfortable (it's like wearing a soft sleeping bag). The handpockets are nice, and the fit is perfect.
