excellent strings
I ordered these strings by accident as I really wanted viola strings, but decided to keep them anyway and put them on my violin. I am glad I did as they are excellent strings, very expensive, but I am hoping they may retain their tone for a long time. All in all I am very happy with them, and they arrived quickly too. Great customer service.

Worth paying top dollar
Replaced a set of Pirastro Obligatos with these. The A and D Obligato began to unravel sooner than expected. The Evah Pirazzi strings gave the violin a more mellow sound and improved the top register. I'm very pleased with them -so far.

Transformed the sound of my violin
I replaced the dominant strings on my violin with these pirastro strings. The strings make my violin sound so much more resonant and full, creating a deeper and richer quality. They are pricey, but I have found these are definitely worth it.
