Excellent product, writing this review after one year of use. Still using it with no issues at all. It's for normal use. If you want it to last long then give pauses of 7 to 10 seconds every 30 to 45 seconds of continuous running. It will save the motor from over heat burning out. Avoid tuff materials which may overload or jamm the motor.

This product is best for smoothie. It runs very smoothly.

Two times we exchanged this product, finally returned, every time some defect in product. But motor is good.
