Fiske Guide to Colleges 2024

I have a junior and this is so helpful in college planning for the next year. We bought the pre-loved book because we just need a little info of colleges depending on her interest. It made us discover colleges that were not on our radar and also gave us more information about the college campus and students. Good book to start your college planning journey.

This book was a great resource. My daughter and I turned to this many times to research a school. It provides all of the relevant information and gives you a little perspective on what the environment and social life are like at the school. There are some quotes from real students as well, which I found very helpful. Definitely must have if you’re on the hunt for colleges.

Consolidated information on lots of schools. Helpful to review when starting college process.

Normally I just look this information up online, but having a physical book to browse through is really helpful. We keep it available so that anyone can grab it and review potential colleges when they have a few minutes to spare.

Teenager did not gravitate towards using the book as it is quite boring, black and white, and easier to just research online.

You can find plenty of information online but this is the stop shopping for reliable and helpful information in the college search. Plus we like using highlighters. :]

I was looking for a book on every college in the US. Not what I was looking for.

This book succinctly gives you the details you want to know about US college acceptance rates, comparable comparisons, how nice the dorms are, the food and Greek life. They have sidebars of all the pertinent information so it’s quick and easy to digest. I can’t imagine the process without this book. Do yourself a favor and purchase it. You won’t be disappointed.
