Don't hesitate to purchase from this company. Not only are these blinds beautiful and reasonably priced, their customer service is exceptional. Be prepared they do take a little while to get but well worth the wait. Very easy installation. Will definitely buy again.

They took a little over a month to recieve (which is what I expected based on approximately arrival time), so if you're not in a hurry they're worth it.They were packaged well, with care. Sizing accurate. I am on the 3rd floor so I don't necessarily need them for privacy purposes. I like the esthetic and that they do let light through for my plants.I was hoping they'd also serve as a visual barrier between my son and the playground across the street (I think I literally have arthritis in my shoulder from pushing him on the swing so much), but the gaps are too large. You can still see the dreaded playground.

After two years of intense sun, this thing is still holding up well. I ordered the smallest width, and weighted the end with a short piece of galvanized pipe attached with zip ties to keep it from blowing around. Still doing the job.

I’d disliked how they were packaged. And I also dislike that there was no hardware included. One other thing I did not like is that at the top you can see there is a strip of thicker bamboo. I would’ve liked that at the bottom also. I ordered four more from a different company in the color black. It appears in the photos that they added that piece of wood to the bottom and they also added the hardware, I am hoping that they are packed a little better because the edges of these got a little broken on some spots. All in all I love these, they were amazingly easy to hang it took 30 seconds. They are light they give a whole beautiful light air to any room. I am adding them to all my windows in my home , I highly recommend I am going on and on and adding photos because I feel like a lot of people are afraid to order these coming from China. I think they come from. They do take one month or so to get but they are well worth it it’s the only place I can find inexpensive, custom-made bamboo blinds. If you’re thinking of putting bamboo blinds, I highly recommend absolutely search all the companies first before you just order them, but I would recommend this company. I am happy with the blinds I received.

The blinds were nicely made but unfortunately It did not match the reed blinds I had bought previously from another seller who was no longer on Amazon. The differences were not visible in the pictures of the product.
