✓ FREE TIPS & TRICKS EBOOK – Your baby deserves the best start in life. Our ebook provides practical tips on helping your baby transition from finger feeding to using tableware. Essential reading for any parent. The Salmon Luke "me-feed-me" tableware was invented by the frustrated parent of two young boys, after searching far and wide for a bowl which the children could use as they learnt to feed themselves. Every brand, shape and size of bowl was tried, from suction cup bowls which never stuck for longer than a few seconds to clover shaped bowls which looked promising but ended up being too shallow allowing food to easily be pushed out over the rim. Nothing really made the task of learning to feed any easier. So as the mother of invention is said to be necessity, a three year quest was embarked upon to attempt to invent the perfect training bowl and cutlery. After hundreds of design iterations and many hours of testing by young children across the country the Salmon Luke "me-feed-me" tableware was finally launched. The winner of many accolades and design awards, we hope that you'll agree that this is the very best bowl and cutlery designed for the job of learning to self-feed. In fact, your satisfaction is very important to us, and is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely convinced that our dinnerware improves your child's self-feeding, we will refund the full sale price plus all shipping and handling costs, without hesitation.

Great set, we use daily
Having had this set since my son was 8 months old (he is now two years old) I can honestly say that this product was instrumental in me not losing my sanity in weaning my lovely son. Why?Well, how many of you have played the 'let's throw our dish on the floor' at dinner time? I was constantly playing this 'game' and it was making me into a real bear, which I didnt like. This dish is difficult for a young child to pick up and throw and they definitely have no chance of scooting it off the table because of the rubberised edges which make full contact with the surface.Other excellent points:It teaches your child independent eating-- the edges of the dish have a sort of lip to help the food being pushed around fall into the spoon or fork once it hits the ledge. Also, there are these sort of lagoons in the dish which allow the child to build up a bunch of food to get onto their utensil. The only 'fault' if I can even call it that, is that the utensils taper off to try to encourage a child to use the full length of the spoon or fork in a controlled fashion to have better facility. But this has not happened with my son, as he still insists on holding just the tapered end, no matter how I might reposition his hand. I dont think Salmon Luke can be faulted for this, but they do say their design helps avoid this.Overall, I have been very happy with the performance of this product and still use it over a year later.

... various shops I searched on Amazon for some with good reviews. I dont think you believe they can ...
After trying so many different brands of cutlery and bowls and plates from various shops I searched on Amazon for some with good reviews. I dont think you believe there is better out there until you receive them and use them. I initially opened the box and looked at the cutlery and bowl and still didnt believe they would be that much of an improvement. The design is quite different and when my 17 month old used them for the first time there was a big improvement. The handles being small are great for his hands. He has big hands for his age but i now see that smaller cutlery is certainly better for them to handle. I couldnt get him to hold his cutlery far enough down the handle to enable him to control it effectively. These take no guidance and there is little spillage as he has more control. The fact they dont roll over is also great everytime he puts them down. Much less mess and for a mum that doesnt cope with mess very well I am especially pleased. The bowl is also designed so that there is little spillage there either. Yeah!!! He was forever scooping his cereal up and it would go up and over the edge of the bowl on to his mat. More cleaning! Not now! Only wish I had bought it sooner, before his first birthday really. I have a 4 month old girl so feel secure in the knowledge we are better equipped for weaning etc this time round.

Very Small Cutlery Set
This is tiny and my granddaughter soon outgrew it. It is well made but I think it should be a little larger.

Saves me an hour every day!
Finally, I have time to eat myself! This cutlery set (along with Salmon Luke training plate) made our meals a pleasant and smooth experience. The cutlery is well designed, easy to hold for my little one. He even started to eat porridge again! And know he eats all of it!One thing I've noticed though, is we don't really use the fork a lot. My little one is 18months but I don't know if it's the food or just that he is not prepared to stab his food with the fork yet. We either use the spoon or hands.Either way - top quality, well designed cutlery. I can't recommend it enough!

My toddler loves these
This cutlery set is great I can't recommend it enough. The design is perfect and you can see that it has been tried and tested with actual children learning to feed themselves. The length, texture and shape are all perfect for my little boy. We have tried other cutlery and there is no contest.....if you are undecided give these a try, my little boy loves them, they have made meal times so much easier. We also have the matching Salmon Luke bowls which have a simple yet ingenious design, the cutlery and the bowls work perfectly together. I wish I had heard about this brand before I had wasted my money on others.

Looks and feels cheap
This cutlery set looks and feels cheap. It doesn't look like what is advertised the blue colour is completely different. What I received wasn't what I was expected and will be returning. Also the box was damaged when it arrived the box the cutlery came in not the delivery box.
