It was great when I got it in January and it STOPPED working in June. It only lasted just nearly 6 months. Im not happy about it because I really like the machine. So… looking for another diffuser.UPDATE:I am impressed with the professionalism and customer service. After they read my review they have given me a full refund of this product. And because of it I decided to try this company one more time.I decided to purchase their BlueHills 2500 ML XL Essential Oil Diffuser Aroma Humidifier with Timer for Large Home because I really like their products. So far so good!!! I’ll write a review for the new product i bought.

This works great it holds about a gallon of water. I've only used it on the low setting because that is pretty strong. The timer and light features work great. I discovered though you don't really need to push the buttons hard a very late touch is what makes them work.

This is a great diffuser/humidifier. I was a little skeptical at first because of the price point, but I am very glad I took the plunge. The large receptacle allows for hours of use. I typically run it all night. There is no hum, and the illumination is very comforting in my bedroom. Be aware that if you like the diffuser to be more aromatic, it will require several drops of essential oils (causing you to run out more quickly). I keep lavender in mine and rest well all night!

The diffuser works well, the mist seems really light, not a heavy mist that I was hoping for to replace my humidifier.Also, it seems to show that you cannot chose a solid color rather than a revolving one. I’m dissapointed that I cannot do that. It just has one on/off switch. I was hoping to set it to solid white to match the room. I have not been able to contact the seller to ask if there is a way to do so, I am hoping I get an answer through this!

These are great for large rooms and run up to 8 hours! They look great with that design and the light.

After a couple of hours of use I started noticing the scent was gone and it started leaking after about 3 month . I set it on a charger plate . Glad I caught it before it ruined my furniture ! I use really good essential oils so i is s not the oils that lost the scent. I also found my wood doors, and my walls got a white powdery film over them so I chose to get rid of it . Not happy for the price I paid for this thing. Last about 4-5 months total !

Update: Exceptional customer service! They reached out to me and we tried to troubleshoot, when those things didn’t work they offered refund or replacement! Good customer service is hard to find and this company goes above and beyond!I purchased this in August 2023 and loved it but it has unfortunately stopped working…I’ve cleaned it according to instructions but no mist will come out. Any other suggestions? Has this happened to others? Maybe I just got a bad one?! Prior to it not working I loved the style, the out put of mist, the lights, easy to use …really bummed mine stopped working within 90 days of purchase.

This is beautiful, HUGE, and exactly what I was looking for except the mist is too strong. Low was more than most other diffuser’s High. And there is no intermittent. I wish there was or I would have kept it.
