This was much better than I expected. From the quality, the packaging and the design it's an absolutely beautiful gift and not too expensive.

The media could not be loaded. This is a gorgeous set, would make a perfect gift. It's so pretty in the box, everything is set out nicely and each individual piece is held in by elastic so it doesn't fall out.There are 6 different nibs included, all of which are significantly different in size.All the pieces would look lovely just displayed in the box, but it's the practical use that knocks one star off for me.The quill pen and the pen holder don't really fit (refer to my included video) so it's really hard to place the nlpen in the holder and it actually stay upright. The base of the pen is too wide so it sits on top of the holder rather than in it, meaning it's just the metal nib in the pen that's keeping it in.Also, it took a bit of trial and error (and Google) to figure out the wax melt and seal, so it would have been nice if the set included a little bit of info about how to use it (and about cleaning the metal nibs). I already have a nib pen so I know that the nibs come with protective oil on them to stop any rust, and that you need to clean them before use or the ink just slides off them. But people who don't know might think the nibs don't work properly / don't hold enough ink.Going back to the wax, first I tried one lump and it didn't work, then I tried two and it didn't work, finally I googled it and found out it's best to use 3-4 lumps and to press the seal onto it and wait a minute for it to dry before removing. So third time worked like a charm!All in all a really beautiful set, with just a few little niggles
