We just finished the entire bottle. My wife and I took a pill each every day for the past two weeks, and we both really felt it helped a lot with our mood / anhedonia. It's so good, that I decided to buy a much cheaper competitor's saffron product (not affron saffron, though, but close in formulation). And, my wife and I feel that it's just not as good as this product. Once we're done with that bottle, we're going to buy this again and see if it was just a placebo, or if it really did help us. For those 2 weeks, I felt very much happy for the most part. My wife noticed she wanted to sleep very early every day, and she also felt a lot better in terms of mood. We also both loved the lavender burps. I know some people on here found it a bit disconcerting, but we both really liked it. It felt like a breath freshener.I would say the only downside to this product is the price. $1 a pill is pretty steep. However, on the other hand, I also feel like $1 a day to feel great is a low price to pay. We will definitely be trying this again soon.

MegaFood Mood Reset supplement with saffron and lavender oil 30 count. These came promptly. The packaging is easy to read and easy on the eyes. Expiration date says 11/2024. They seem good quality. I got these to help with some stress and anxiety I’ve been having lately. Usually lavender works well to help me relax.Unfortunately, these gave me lavender burps after taking them and several hours lately. I even tried taking them with a meal and still got burps. I felt a little more relaxed when taking but it wasn’t a huge difference. To be fair, burps tasting like flowers are better than the regular kind lol but no burps at all are kind of the optimal outcome. I will hang onto these for a natural supplement for high stress days but I probably wouldn’t get again. The price is high but kinda understandable given the price of saffron.

The Product came in a clear, well-sealed, Plastic Bottle and contained 30 clear Capsules, which halfway filled with tiny round Saffron Beads? and Lavender Oil. As soon as I opened the Bottle, I was able to smell a faint Scent of Lavender Oil. Based on the Bottle’s Instructions, Serving Size is 1 Capsule. The Main Ingredients of this Product are 28mg of Saffron and 50mg of Lavender Oil, followed by MCT (Palm Kernel Oil Medium Chain Triglycerides), Hypromellose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, and Silicon Dioxide. I like that this Product is made in the U.S., is Gluten free and has been tested by 125 Pesticides.The Capsules themselves don’t have any bad Taste. But, as soon as I took a Capsule to my Mouth, smelled the Lavender, which I didn’t like much. I also think that this Product is a bit pricy, considering that it only provides a 30 Day Supply.

Ordered these to give them a try. For me, I was not impressed. Read the instructions, and started my 30 day regiment. During the 4 weeks, I personally nor did my loved ones notice any change in me. I don't feel that my mood was ever altered or more relaxed from before trying these out nor during, nore that since I've finished the 30 days. For me that leaves a 1 star review as no noticeable results came from this supplement.

I struggle with anxiety and mild depression, and I noticed mood-stabilizing effects early on, so I would say these work pretty well (based on my own experience). It's subtle, but after a few days I noticed I was functioning better hour-to-hour, with less difficulties getting things done and lower baseline anxiety levels. I just wish they were a little less expensive, because it's currently $1 per pill. You only have to take one a day, so it's not an exorbitant investment, but with all the supplements I'm taking for various health issues, it's a bit much for me to consider permanently adding it to my regimen. Anything with saffron is going to be expensive, though, so this is probably one of the better options to try.It definitely has a lavender aftertaste. I'd take it more towards evening if you don't mind lavender, or maybe earlier in the day if you would like to try covering the flavor with food. Overall, I recommend.

I took this supplement with food, as directed. Lavender repeated on me for hours. I guess there are worse things than lavender burps, but it really wasn’t pleasant. I was very excited about the saffron, however, pushing through the digestive issues, I did not get any benefit from these capsules that I could determine.The supplement itself has some good certifications, including third-party testing. They advertise their status as a B corporation. Upon looking this up I see it is related to, DIE and ESG, which I find a completely political entity and do not want in my vitamin company.
