Hook does not stay as pictured
I presumed the hook for the rim & tire stayed in outward position as it is pictured, IT DOES NOT STAY IN POSITION making it more difficult to get rim & tire into hook to hold the bike vertically. Had to wedge a toothpick in with hook to get it to stay in open position long enough to insert tire and rim. It was a major pain in the rear wrestling the bike up and trying to maneuver around the bike to get the hook horizontal, if there is some trick I sure wish someone had mentioned it.
