Great vegan friendly food colour.
This product is suitable for vegans, many are not! It also maintains its flour well during baking so is excellent for colouring cake batter. It blends well and there is no after taste. It is versatile and can be added to icing and buttercream. It leaves no residue stain on the bowl.

Only need a little
Brilliant food colouring. Only need a small amount if you want a lighter colour, add a little more and get a deeper colour, brilliant for getting different shades of the same colour. Excellent to put into the cake batter for an ombré cake, and then to achieve the ombré effect with the buttercream.

Brilliant red colour!
This colour brand is brilliant, in past I have used sugar flair and had to use so much of it to get the red colour and even then it wasn't great. But with this only needed 2 drops!!! Will be trying the other colours too!

Its okay
Its very thick... like nearly a solid coming out of the tube. The red isnt as deep as Super Red liqua-gel in my opinion. I will use it but not buy again
