Had months of intense pain in the balls of my feet. Within a day of wearing these insoles at work the pain had gone and has not come back. The raised arch that people mentioned in other reviews is only slight and quickly settled under my foot so has not caused a problem. I have high insteps though, so maybe it would be different if I had flat feet. The insoles do not take up any room in my shoes. I would absolutely recommend these and will certainly be buying them again.

I purchased a few different insoles on Amazon advertised for high arch and forefoot ball and toe pain. All the other products where of the same quality - foam insole with some gel capsule embedded in the heel or in the middle arch. This was the only one that was properly made of leather and of a high quality hard memory foam which appears will last thru heavy use and time. Most of all, I feel zero pain with this insole compared to all the others I tried. Lastly, it is so thin (compared to others which will decrease the space for your foot in the shoes due to their thickness) - that you can pull out the existing insole and replace it with this one without having to worry about taking up feet space and buying one size up in the shoe. Especially helpful for wearing fancy dress shoes wearing with suits, when there is not much spare space for insoles. Everyone's foot is different - so this may not work for you, but you can try and get free return via Amazon.

So far, seems v good. Fitted PERFECTLY into a women's New Look size 8 leather boot (flat heel).Would probably recommend getting used to wearing other insoles/ arch support before using these too much, the padding in the arch is quite substantial so felt a bit sore and like it was pressing into my arch when I wore them for a whole day on first use. Will ease into it a bit!Definitely real leather - smells pretty strong! I like the smell but might bother others. This does mean they mould to the shape of your foot v quickly though, which is nice.Only had them a couple of weeks and only worn a handful of times so cannot comment on longevity.

The media could not be loaded. Quality is good but the raised anatomical area is too long , up to the heel so it make the walking more difficult.

I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis (pain on the bottom of my foot, around the heel and arch). Often the insoles present in my shoes give no support at all. This new pair have made all the difference and provide support just where it is needed. Totally recommend them.

Bought these to help with my metatarsalgia but after one day of wearing them they made my foot worse!Straight in the bin after that.Utter rubbish.

Good to fit into shoes with little room to accommodate bulkier insoles. However bulkier insoles possibly more supportive and effective at helping foot pain. Well made

As soon as they arrived I put them in my shoes. I felt immediate relief from the inset on my left foot were the problem is. I have high arches which is where the problem comes from I am told. I have tried the pad inserts but they don't stick very long and stay where they are supposed to help. My job has me on my feet the whole day. I hope the support doesn't wear out and go flat on me. They feel great for now.

When I first opened the packet I thought these would be useless. But they are excellent. It takes a short while to get used to the very firm instep support, but once you do they are really comfortable.
