Worked for earlier ovulation
These tablets brought my ovulation forward by 5 days, and I fell pregnant the first month of using them.Proceed with caution, if your cycle is a normal length and you ovulate regular then soy isoflavones are probably not for you.When calculating your dosage I would direct you to this thread which about covers everything[...]If you are looking to purchase for menopause then the dosage is probably too high for you

Good for TTC
I've got PCOS and I'm taking these to TTC. I took on CD5-9, and took 100/100/100/200/200. I got a positive OPK on CD16, alongside with EWCM. I'm only on CD19 now so don't know if I'll get my BFP but they definitely made me ovulate - first time since July! Would recommend if you're TTC a more natural way (aka without Clomid).
