After being diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, I had to wait for treatment so I thought I would give these a try, after all they are quite inexpensive, and the write ups were good.I was not disappointed, they give almost instant relief, pain free walking, and even after treatment I find these a great aid to walking. First class.

I though I had ordered in error as I open the package and realised that these insoles were a different pattern to others I had obtained in the past. However, they fitted my shoe without the need to trim, I have found them very comfortable and most effective in relieving the pain on the underside of my foot. Even if in error I am pleased that I have these and have already re-ordered expecting deliver any time now.

Arrived very fast. I made the purchase for my boyfriend, who had flat feet and has been having major back pain issues as well as feet pain when walking. This is the cheapest product I found, and surprisingly, works exactly as good as any other expensive item available in specialised stores! He said he could feel them at first, but no longer knows he has them, and most of the feet pain is now gone, getting better everyday. Also fits perfectly (size 11). 100% recommend this item to anyone!

I have had problems with my feet for years have had a lot of pain round my feet and ankles. Pain killers are only a short term solution. I need to walk my dogs everyday which was becoming a torture. I looked on the internet and decide to try insoles but what a price they are! I thought I would give these a try. They help keep me walking give me good support I think being able to keep excercising helps instead of just giving up. At this price just give them a try.

I am on my feet all day at work so bought these insoles as my ankles and left knee were aching and swollen ( old rugby injuries ).After wearing the insoles for only a couple of days my ankles feel 10 times better and I am hoping my knee will start to improve soonI will definitely be buying more of this product for all of my footwear

The insoles provide support where needed under the arch of the foot. Early days but they do help significantly in reducing PF pain in the heel. I shall be ordering more at this sensible price. Others are far too expensive for the simple device that they are. Many thanks .....

Excellent insoles! To be honest I didn't expect much for the price but I have to say they really make a difference!I have fascitis in one foot and I have been in pain for months. I started trying plantars, but the soft type. This was my first hard insole and, indeed, it doesn't fit all kind of shoes ..but any boot or wide fit will do and you will see the difference! NO more pain, I can walk again! !!

Having purchased several different types of insoles without much success of finding any that were comfortable enough for walking any distance, I decided to try these and found them to be very comfortable taking the heel pain away. I have now purchased more and have now got them fitted into all my footwear including sandals.
