Bought this for my parents to go on their deck. Instructions very easy to understand (great video), parts wrapped well in bubble wrap, screws/washers attached to separate cardboard piece so they didn't get lost. Lightweight enough for one person to carry, but sturdy enough to support body weight with no problem. My dad and I assembled it together (nice to have someone hold parts in place while the other twists/tightens the screws), but one person could have done it. Very very pleased!

I bought two!! These chairs are extremely comfortable and look more expensive than they are. They are light weight yet sturdy. Very easy to follow directions with all the parts and tools you need included. It is not hard to put together at all. the only issue that adds time to the assembly is location of some of the screws requires you to maneuver the allen wrench a bit and you can't make full turns. But other than that it was a breeze.

Put together a couple days ago, so only sat on one for a comfy test and was happy how comfortable they were. I hope the cushion material hold up to the elements. Should get plenty of use during summer time. Wish retailer would make a version that didn’t require cushions. We purchased the dining table so I opted for chaise to coordinate.

The media could not be loaded.  The product was well packaged, in two large boxes. After I opened the package, each part of the product is individually packaged, well protected, the screws and gaskets are also in a separate sealed box, I have bought other outdoor products, most of them are not equipped with gaskets, I know the gaskets plays a big part in the safety performance, so I will put it in the gasket myself. This product is made with great attention to detail. This is commendable, but the number of screws and washers is exactly the same and there is no excess, I recommend that the factory send 1-2 extra.The product is easy to install, we used for about an hour to complete the installation, the aluminum frame looks like wood, very beautiful, the advantage of the aluminum frame is that is is anti-rust and light in weight. This is a big reason why I chose this outdoor product. The backrest of the outdoor lounge chair ca be adjusted in height, and the cushion is light gray and can be fixed on the lounge chair. Very comfortable to lie on. The product consists of two outdoor lounge chairs and a small table. Very nice and functional. We love it! Satisfactory shopping experience.
