DritzDritz 454-1 Sew-On Toggle, Dark Wood Button, Black

Worked great for a Harry Potter cloak. You have to hand sew it on but it ended looking pretty good. You have to sew them pretty far apart for it to look good and hold the fabric closed. It's kind of adjustable but doesn't hold well. Looks good though.Edit: You don't have to hand sew it. If your machine has a button stitch, you set the length to zero. Hand crank it to match holes while adjusting to right width and go to town. It takes a little work to match holes with needle and width but works great. Much faster and looks better than my hand stitching.

I sewed this on a straw type purse that was open at the top. It worked just great. In fact the color of the button matches my purse exactly. The construction of the toggle is well made. The price point was right on. I would order this again when the need is there.

I bought those sew on toggles because I thought it would be easier to sew on because of holes but it was not easy to aim for the holes when sewing in .

I used dark brown embroidery thread and a long embroidery needle and had no problems using this latch. True to size and color in the description. I sewed it to a light grey fleece robe for a Dumbledore costume.

Holes are not drilled well to pass a needle through, the item is a bit wimpy considering it is supposed to be for a heavy coat. The loops are made of plastic and are not very sturdy. It is more decorative than fuctional. Not impressed.

The media could not be loaded.  I received the product one side was broke showed one on and then tried to hook it together side and it broke too so I ordered two of these paid for two of them I can't use either thank you very much I will never order from you again bad quality work not sewn all the way through

I bought 2 of these to make Hogwarts robes for myself and my son, and they were perfect. Highly recommend for all your wizarding clothing needs!

Been told by 2dry cleaners that these toggles will be ruined when the coat they are sewn on is dry cleaned even if care is taken by covering these togglesBefore the cleaning process, is this true? The toggles are very nice and they look quite smart.Could you please let me know?

Looked ok but toggle came apart at first fastening. Expensive.

Sewn these onto my coat, they fell apart (the loop) second time after using. Originally sent an already broken one but they did replace this
