Used l-carnitine before but not from the manufacturer.Had no I'll effects and find it's doing it job well.No real taste to the capsules, easy to swallow.Many thanks

Seems to work
It seems to work fairly well however causes stomach pain. Don't expect to lose weight just by taking l carnitine! You still needing to train hard and it adds additional 3-10% to your weight loss goal.

Muscle building and it works
L-Carnitine to me is in fact a muscle building supplement and it has always had that effect on me. It must be affecting my food absorption somehow as I gain lean muscle mass when I use it so I don`t buy it for it`s fat burning properties which are of course a bonus. The problem however is that a lot of L-carnitine supplements don`t work for me and some have zero effect and this is one that WORKS the way I expect it to. The only other one I have come across is Solgar`s liquid one however it tastes awful so I stick with this one.
