Gets SUPER cold - can be painful if putting on straight out of the freezer
It does what is says - but you do need to let it sit out for a few minutes before putting it on. I often will prop it up on a table so that the inside can warm up a little, and then when first putting it on I basically have to 'acclimatize' to it by putting it on for a few seconds and if it starts hurting too much, take it off, then back on, and repeat until I can leave it on without it hurting. I have a tiny head, so the compression is lacking a little for me, but it's still nice and helps block out light and sound even when it warms up.

I use it all the time!
This is amazing! For one the price is awesome, second it squeezes my head perfectly. I suffer from severe migraines and this honestly has been so great to have. I definitely recommend buying. It does have a smell to it but I've honestly looked past it. I'm definitely getting another for a back up.

Great for soothing sleep
This is a wonderful product. When I have a headache I used to use a towel and an ice pack. That didn’t work well because I’ve packs can be hard and bulky. This cap is nice. The texture is smooth and at first it was super tight but after a few uses it seems to have formed to my head and makes it easy to sleep in. Definitely a must for anyone with sinus, headache, or insomnia issues. I like how it covers the ears while still allowing some sound in. It’s like blackout curtains for your eyes. I always get a well rested sleep when I use this and wake up with no head pain.

Do not put on head immediately out of the freezer
This is a good product because it stays cold and fits over the eyes and head while staying comfortable. I did read that you can wear it at the desired temperature. The first time I used it I put it on because I was suffering from a migraine. When I put it on it was too cold and hurt, the portion that covered my eyes was the part that was painful. I would recommend waiting a few minutes before immediately putting on your face. Other than that it is a good product.
