My son loves it!!
I can't believe how easy my 9 year old was able to figure this out. My old butt will not be attempting it. Perfect for a child. Scary for an old woman in her 40s with a bad back.

No warning before battery dies
This hoverboard has thrown my son off of it multilple times as it dies without warning. He has only had it for three days now. The owners manual says that it will beep and show a red flashing battery indicator when it has a low battery and needs to be recharged. That is not the case. The hoverboard will show a full battery indicator up until it randomly dies. It also doesn’t beep to warn the rider. I will be returning this item as it’s not safe to ride.

Dangerous
After a couple months it started acting up. I've tried to calibrate it multiple times to no avail. When fully charged its fine, but as soon as the low battery alarm comes on, it goes crazy and spins in circles really fast. It tosses the kids, and leaves black marks all over my floors and walls.

Best for beginners
This particular hover board is on the heavier side compared to other's that we have tried. This makes it a bit more sturdy, and also a lot slower than others. Make sure you pay attention to the weight limits, and treat them as a law, or you will have some issues. This Rocket model hover has self-balancing feature, which is great if you are just starting out. it helps you to learn to do it like a pro! I wouldn't recommend this for anyone over the age of 11, this is best for the younger, smaller kids! Definitely not for adults!

Customer Service Non-existent
Bought two of these. One works great, one has a performance issue. Filled out a ticket on the manufacturer website. It’s been weeks and have not heard back from them. When trying to check the status of the ticket, the website returns an error message. When trying to call the help desk, a recording comes on saying no one can help you, go to the website and it then hangs up on you. This is horrible customer service and will ensure we never buy another product from them.
