Best Lemon Juice Ever!
I love this lemon juice better than fresh lemons off the lemon tree. It actually tastes like real lemons should taste, does not need to be sliced or juiced, no muss, no fuss, and makes everything you put it on taste fresh and relevant! This is amazing stuff, and I buy it by the case, never to run out. I love it!

Love the Product UPDATED 8/19/2014
I normally buy this in their green glass litre bottle and love the taste. No bitterness to this Italian variety of lemon, much fruitier tasting with a pleasant tang. Each plastic 'Lemon' is approx. 4 freshly squeezed lemons. Each lemon makes about 2-3qts of lemonade, depending on the strength you like. These EXPIRE in 5.5 months, which I'm assuming is because they are in plastic {last batch was 4 months}. Volcano does not use preservatives in their 'fresh', never been concentrated, juices. Hope that freezing some 'lemons' will work out okay.UPDATE: I went ahead and froze some of the 'plastic lemons' after removing some of the juice. They freeze great.BTW, mine do not have any peel in the cap nor was there in the glass bottles I bought about 3yrs ago. I will probably move all the juice into 2 of the bottles I have. (I don't throw out glass vehicles, MHO is that glass will stop being used at some point for groceries and such.) We canners/food preservers will be paying a lot of money at that point to purchase new canning/storage glass jars.

Good product but avoid Subscribe and Save
It's difficult to review a product when you'd like to praise the actual product but have objections to some aspect of Amazon's sale of it. One perennial problem with Subscribe and Save grocery items is that you have no way of knowing what the item's expiration date is. In this instance, I ordered a case of Lemon Burst (package of 12) and anticipated that I would have enough for 9 months to a year. This is a potent product and you need to add only a small amount to produce a strong and vital lemon flavor. Unless you're making food for a restaurant, it's hard to imagine that anyone would use enough of this product to use up a pack of 12 in less time than that. If I'm wrong about this, and you're one of those who do use enormous amounts of lemon flavoring, this part of the review will not apply to you. For the rest of you, here is my experience. I ordered the package of 12 in mid-May of 2012. The expiration date on the individual containers is mid-October 2012, giving me less than 6 months in which to use up the 12 containers. If I'd known this, I would not have ordered, since I couldn't possibly use that amount in less than six months. I've had the same issue on occasion (and seen it commented on by others) with grocery items in bulk, such as mayonnaise, where the product was close to the expiration date when it arrived. I suppose there are people who could use six large jars of mayo in a month or so, but if you are not one of them, beware ordering time-sensitive products through Subscribe and Save. In any event, the vendor should be required to state the expiration date so that the buyer has the needed information to decide for himself or herself whether to order.I've used this product for some time, long before I bought it from Amazon, and have used it in everything where you might possibly use lemon juice (including a squirt in iced tea). It's pure lemon juice and oil of lemon, unadulterated in any way, and has a potent true lemon flavor. I believe I've tried every such product on the market, and this is by far the best; it exists in an entirely different universe from *Real*Lemon, nor should it be confused with supermarket lemon juices that come in a similar container but bear no resemblance whatsoever to this pure and natural product. If you're uncertain about buying large quantities of a product you may not have tried before, this item is usually easily found in health food stores and co-ops, where you can buy a single one and give it a try. As there are also some reports of allergic reactions to lemon juice due to factors that might not be disclosed on this site, it's always good to look at the actual ingredient list printed on the product.

what do you think it is?
it's exactly what it says.real lemons, you either don't have them or some go bad on you before you can use them.I've had citrus trees living in southern Cali, mostly a royal pain. the fruit rots on the ground, varmints bite into them and you get way more than you could use anyways. cleaning up the mess ain't fun. smells funky when it's rotting.this you order by the case and you've always got it to throw into a recipe, a cup of tea, whatever. it really doesn't go bad either as long as you keep it in the fridge. cheaper than playing that fresh lemon game in the store.seriously this is one of the best things to buy for your kitchen. only downside is no lemon zest or other things that might call for using the peel.

By far the BEST lemon juice I’ve ever had!!!!!
This is the BEST lemon juice that is like available in all of the world that o am aware of. I love lemon juice to be super tart tart tart. - and this is IT! I found this lemon juice in a small market one time and never again and it was so much more delicious than any other lemon juice that I have ever had I had to hunt down more. I hope I can eat it all before it expired. 10 bottles in 8 months.. here goes. I’m sure I can since it’s so delicious.

one was always too much so i was pretty much everytime putting 50% on trash
It's been a while i heard the benefit of lemon for the body, and i started buying some at the grocery store. When i needed lemon for a receipe, one was always too much so i was pretty much everytime putting 50% on trash. But now with the bottle i can directly use what i need with no waste, plus i gain sooo much time. Taste is also excellent. I almost put this lemon in each sauce in every meal. One good tip that work for fish or meat : olive oil, tamari, ginger, and that lemon burst. Healthy and taste great! It also take 20 sec to pour some with water (and it's yummi!)

Small and convenient
I use this every day and I like the small convenient size of it. Large bottles are impossible to use up 30 days after opening this is the perfect size.
