This is a very cute plushie cow that's weighted and microwaveable as well. I noted it being used for anxiety when I ordered it, but I ordered it because it can be used another way as well. This plushie has a bag inside that is removeable via a velcro enclosure on the back. The beaded bag inside can be microwaved or frozen then placed back inside the plushie. As I've gotten older my menstrual cycle has gotten horribly worse. At times the cramping is so severe it can feel like contractions. This weighted plushie cow has become my menstrual cow, lol. I can heat the bag in the microwave and place back in the plushie and lay it across my tummy and it really helps soothe the cramping. The plushie is soft and cute, and it keeps the weighted bag comfortably in place. I can even freeze it when needed and not have to worry about it being too cold on my skin since it's inside the plushie. Very versatile product and I love that it's the perfect size for travel as well, I can always take it with me on the go. Priced very well for the quality and versatility of this product. Very happy with my order! Highly recommend!!
