The ingredients are good and I enjoy the taste
The ingredients are good and I enjoy the taste, however, the sugar is very high because its more fruit and less seeds or nuts than I was hoping for. I'm going to look for a product with a high nut and seed content with just a little bit of sweetness or fruit. it just doesn't make me feel great eating these for that reason.

It will help curb your snack carvings
Pretty tasty. I just eat 1 a day as a snack. The're quite filling and satistfying. You can taste each ingrediant. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was looking for a snack to keep me on this diet. This will help.

They tasted really bad and all 3 pouches expired a year ago. I also see other buyers getting expired product. will not take returns which sucks.

The minis were both tasty and filling. Very surprised being so small. I am on a special diet and Amrita bars fit all my requirements.
