It works well, it feels and taste like any other gummy and is easy to swallow. I felt it was worth the money with amount of fiber your getting for 3/serving.

I take 3 gummies after dinner. Stops cravings for a sweet dessert. Gummies work for regularity with no immediate issues.

I really like the taste of this product. It sticks to my teeth when I chew them so I end up just sucking on them like hard candy. Also, it takes 3 gummies to get 7 grams of fiber so I see my bottles disappearing quickly. I have to admit, it is a more fun way to get fiber but as an adult , I’ll probably just buy a bottle of fiber where I just swallow the gel caps so I’m not getting the extra carbs(11 grams/ serving).It would be great for kids or people who hate to swallow pills though. I’m not complaining. I’m glad I tried them. I would treat myself with them on occasion but to get the job done of increasing fiber for myself I’ll go for a gel cap probably next time.

Giving it a three star I'm not quite sure how they work yet I barely just got them myself but I don't know why it says it tastes good or tastes like fruit cuz to me and my sister it tastes like Play-Doh It does not taste fruity at all I don't know if they updated this gummies but they suck flavor-wise it's manageable to eat but it's not pleasant to eat
