This is a great puzzle if you have some time. This dog puzzle is deceivingly challenging, but fullfilling when you get it completed. I gave a 4 for value. Puzzles can be expensive. Ravensburger puzzles are high quality - and because of the quality of the cut pieces, there is never a question if a piece fits, or it doesn't.We were very pleased with the seller and with the quality of the puzzle.

This is a fun puzzle. My wife loves dogs and puppies and she really enjoys this puzzle. It is very challenging though. All the dogs look alike when they are in tiny puzzle pieces.The puzzle pieces are very well cut and we only had a couple that stuck together upon opening the bag they came in. They are very heavy duty and do not seem to come apart. This is our first Ravensburger Puzzle but definitely will not be our last due to the high quality of the pieces.

I like Ravensberger puzzle. Their quality is always excellent. When I finished this one, there was one piece missing. I looked everywhere , but I never found it. I don't know if it was missing from the package, or if I lost it, but I never moved it until it was finished. Too bad!

I thoroughly enjoyed putting together this puzzle. It is very high quality - pieces are thick and printing is clear with a glossy finish. Also, the pieces are cut precisely so that there is no doubt as to whether a piece "fits" or notThis was the first puzzle I have completed in decades. I am now working on a Sunsout puzzle and am disappointed in the quality after the Ravensburger. The next puzzle will be another RavensburgerThis was the most challenging puzzle I have ever completed. Many of the pieces are mult colored (ie: the applicable dog is multi colored or the piece is part of two dogs). Also, the colors are very similar among the various dogs in the puzzle.The finished product is awesome. I do not want to take it apart!

As an actual puzzle fan, a 1,000 piece puzzle was actually way below the number of pieces I usually go for. But I got it as a present for my mom, who also loves puzzles and dogs.The only con was that, the first hour into puzzling, we noticed that the puzzle was possibly missing a piece. We had the border of the puzzle all set up and a piece of the border was missing. A check on Ravensburger's website shows that they do not provide free missing piece services, which other puzzle companies do. I would even gladly pay for them to send me the missing piece! My mom said she looked all over the ground and inside the box and did not see it. Since we discovered the missing piece really early on and it wasn't inside her house, I can only assume that it somehow was missing during production. So now the completed puzzle will be missing a piece. Good thing it's on the bottom border and hopefully not conspicuous. But I would be more reluctant to buy Ravensburger puzzles in the future due to the issue with the missing piece.But anyways, the actual puzzle is fairly easy. If you're used to doing 5,000+ piece puzzles, this should be no challenge at all. We probably finished this puzzle in five days of puzzling. The pieces do not all look the same if you have eyes and can match the pattern of the puzzle to the picture on the box. And it does take hours and hours to complete because it's a jigsaw puzzle, which requires patience and time. I would have given it five stars if not for the missing piece and the company's inability to provide missing piece service.

Having bought other puzzles on line for my daughter the puzzle addict I was worried about another flimsy poor quality product. Ravensurger has yet to disappoint. The pieces are super sturdy (except when your dog eats one). I wish there was some puzzle piece replacement program. My daughter, who is 11, but a puzzle savant, finished this with great joy. I may actually spring for a whole new puzzle to replace the singular piece that our one dog ate so my daughter can frame the puzzle. It is that good of a puzzle and a wonderful achievement for a kiddo. Highly recommended.
